We typically staff our office from 9 to 5 Monday through Thursday. We encourage calling ahead and making an appointment for better service. Official meetings of the Board are also held at our office.
FIND PROPERTY INFORMATION
The Montana cadastral is a public database that can help you find property information like: Geo Codes, lot, block and track numbers, certificate of survey number (COS #), and arial photos which can be used for maps.
FIND WATER RIGHT INFORMATION
The Water Rights Query System is a database that hosts both DNRC and FRWMB water right information and allows you to search for water rights by water right number, geo code, or owner’s name for areas both on and off the Reservation. To find ‘suspended’ water rights that were filed with the DNRC between 1996 and 2021, go to the advanced search tab and select water rights status ‘suspended.’
