Application for the use of flathead system compact water no. fscw-001
An application for the use of Flathead System Compact Water was submitted on December 18th, 2024, to the Office of the Water Engineer. The application is seeking Use of surface water from the Flathead River for agricultural needs between the months of April through October. The application received by the Office of the Engineer contained the necessary requirements to submit an application pursuant to Ordinance, § 2-2-118. The Office of the Engineer has fully reviewed and considered the evidence submitted and has issued a Recommended Decision to Grant as of June 13th, 2025. Starting June 13th, 2025, there will be a 45-day objection period for this application. Any objections to this Recommended Decision to the Office of the Engineer must be submitted through Form 611F Objection to an Application found here on the website: https://www.frwmb.gov/forms-applications/.
